I've been doing monthly reflections for a while now, but this quote makes me want to push further.
Periodic check-ins are good for spotting trends, but they're too infrequent to catch things in the moment. I'm thinking about adding lighter weekly reviews — just a few minutes to ask: what worked, what didn't, and what am I avoiding? The goal isn't more process, it's more awareness.
I'm setting up Bits as a place to share interesting links, photos, quotes, and videos that I come across. Short-form posts, low friction, no fuss. Let's see how long this experiment runs for. 🤞

There might be fewer companies that can afford to do ML research, but there will be no shortage of companies that need tooling to bring ML into their production.
