I'm sitting on a train cutting through New England's gorgeous sprawl. As the track curves past a lake with the sun shimmering across the surface, I spot a cabin tucked in perfectly green foliage. I let my mind wander for a minute, imagining what our lives would be like if we lived here. Summer swims, the smell of barbecues, our hands touching through oversized flannel shirts, evening walks through the woods, and of course those unforgettable sunsets. I see our home now drifting in the distance as the train chugs along. We had something special, even if it was just for a few seconds.
